Karen Zeleznik has been married to her husband, Marc, since 1970. Together they raised two boys, and are now proud grandparents.  Karen retired from working at the Science and Technology Division of the Akron-Summit County Public Library at the end of January 2017.

In addition to being a certified spiritual director and credentialed pastoral minister, Karen has earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cleveland State University, a Masters in Library Science from Kent State University, and a Masters in Ministry from Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio.
